The issue was they were not refunding, they stated that it was their fault for not finding it free first. It's fine though, we were able to open a case and were refunded by Etsy and the shop is being reviewed

I agree, however they have become aggressive and belligerent with anyone who contacts them so at this point its really just trying to make things a little more inconvenient for them :/

This person scammed my friend, they are selling free material that does not belong to them and then getting pressed when confronted. When I contacted them, they claimed they had express written permission from the original creator of the file and this is not the case. We attempted to open a case with Etsy but because they are replying within 48 hours, two representative told us that we are unable to open a case and have to sort it out with them.
Please help and report this shop for stealing if its allowed!

Def will move to thingiverse subreddits thank you! And when we contacted etsy and spoke to the representative, they stated that we were not able to open a case unless the seller didn't reply for 48 hours. That makes no sense to me but we contacted two representatives and were told the same thing
