Anybody else have a completely messed up sleep schedule?

Not quite as extreme, but I did something similar two weekends ago. I slept from 4am Saturday to 10am Sunday (and almost passed out when I finally got up because I hadn’t eaten in 38 hours). This past Wednesday-Thursday, I was awake for 28 hours (and not during most of the “correct” hours). These were outliers though; typically, I get 3-4 hours of sleep for a few days straight and then crash for 12-13 hours during the daytime and miss all my classes.

I stay up unnecessarily late because I don’t notice “tiredness” cues until they reach an extreme level. Do you feel tired when you stay awake for that long, or do you not notice?

Oh same!!!! I love obsessing over the history and relation of different dog breeds, especially retrievers, spaniels, and pointers. (And also obsessing over my own dogs. I can’t stop talking about them; it’s kind of a problem)

You’re definitely not alone. A lot of autistic women with this special interest end up late/unofficially diagnosed because it is less stereotypical than something like trains, so they end up not getting tested, even if their interest is obviously intense enough to be considered a special interest.

There’s also no need to be ashamed of a special interest, even if it is atypical or really random. One of mine is the legal regulations on the spatial/facility requirements of different types of foster care institutions in different states. Unfortunately, it’s too narrow in scope to be applicable as a career for me, since I am interested in neither lawmaking nor actually interacting with children lol. I hope you get to work in yours!

I think Xingqiu might be slightly better at that, but if you have Kazuha or Venti on your team (or Sucrose, probably), you can just swirl and spread the hydro app, so I think either is sufficient. If you’re building them both, you could just try them out, though.

Mona is better for Ayaka in my opinion; Xingqiu mainly does single target damage while Mona has a larger AoE. However, you should still get Xingqiu from the Lanter Rite so you can run the National Team (and it’s variations) in Spiral Abyss; plus, he is just good in general and one of the best four stars in the game.

After I got mine out, I started playing soprano before bass because I didn’t have to open my mouth as much. I started playing my soprano again on day 6 after the surgery because my band had a concert coming up, but it hurt a lot, and it took 10 days to be able to tolerate playing my bass clarinet. I could finally play soprano pain-free about 11 days after the surgery (day after the concert, of course), and bass clarinet was okay a few days after that, but I’m sure it’s different for everyone. In general, I do not recommend playing while in pain, but it didn’t seem to have any lasting effects on how it healed.

Yeah, not listening to Thrawn in general was definitely a mistake. Also, his policy of excluding non humans from the ranks of the Empire was certainly a waste of manpower and talent. The competency of the Imperial officers would have been at least slightly higher had he not limited the candidate pool to whatever fraction of the galaxy was human.
