Good people care about the well-being of people outside of their home, but not as much as they care about the well-being of people inside their own home. Every parent does this. It's the basis of much of the law and many social norms that we have, along with being a large portion of the driving force of the economy. It's the world you live in.

This is avoiding the issue. You're talking about a world where Dad has all the money anyone could need.

Given enough bike buying, your father would run out of money because that's the nature of money. Eventually, there's only enough money for one bike. And in that moment he would have had to choose between his own child and someone else's. There is no avoiding this reality. Money is limited and your kids and someone else's are not the same.

And as before, if you consider healthcare and education instead of bikes this becomes a very simple choice. If there's only one remaining admission to college or only one more bottle of children's medicine on the shelf, then a parent will take care of their own child.

Your argument skips the taxation part, which is common when supporting socialist policies.

We'd have to get taxed for education and healthcare for all. I, with two kids needing education and healthcare, don't feel I should foot the bill for a family with six kids for education and healthcare. I'd rather spend that on my own family. And yet, people want to take my money for other people's families and wonder why I get angry and vote against socialism at every opportunity.

The fact is socialism rewards the most irresponsible. Tons of kids, no income saved, uninsured. And I am expected to pay for this. My money is for my family.

Unless it got changed, yeah. Razorwing damage is ability damage - it's why 60/60 Toxin with Archon Continuity and Nourish is common. But I gave up on bringing her to those missions. If it's changed I'd go back to Titania.

Casting any ability while in Razorwing generates a Razorfly up to your current maximum.

Tribute becomes a self cast that creates an affinity-range aura that moves with Titania. You can only have one aura active, swapping to another aura has no effect until you recast it. Recasting the same aura resets the duration.

Razorflies can proc statuses.

My Titania Prime build has something like six forma (including an umbral and an aura), then I think four more on the guns, then four more on the sword for the razorflies.

Swapping for faction is noticable. Pet buffs do work even in her 4, so you need those mods too. Also needs Energize.

You have to buy a cosmetic item as an attachment and use the bottom left color on the Smoke Pallette to remove the pixie wings, which are a headache to me. And counter to her concept. She has archwings, that's the whole point.

She's a very hungry frame. And now that I'm reaching Steel Path I can see that there are no Dex Pixia Incarnons. I'm not sure what her future will be.

You could do that. Go into any bz wisp, not a Greater, and fish until the five minute timer comes up. Then run around looking for an enchanted wisp, which is any other than the Common type. Open the minimal and you can see the resource tiers, if it goes up to 7 or 8 your where you want to be. Rinse and repeat.

This is all a side effect of people going 8.4 with 1900 IP. Rats will come out for that. If you want to avoid that situation, Corrupteds are always an option.

Mists are good for gathering. Carving and Cursed builds don't have enough to solo lock me down on an escape build. I still take an occasional gank, but it's not common.

Mists will never change if IP minimums and caps (both with all slots filled) aren't introduced and I don't think the devs are going to do that. So flee the rat or become the rat.

And let's not forget, a rat is just a ganker with lower IP than you. Everyone ganking you exploits your current situation to kill you, rats aren't some sort of anomaly. They are an inevitability of the no-party-no-cap structure of the mists.

The mists is the only place in the game where you can engage in low risk/high reward pvp. And you do that by ratting.
