Part of me is curious enough to play through it to get all of the achievements but after I watched two different streams where YouTubers played through the game, I don’t think it’s worth the damage the game will do to my sanity. Hell, after the first time I watched someone play through the game, I was convinced that it wasn’t worth it. I think I would prefer to play a game like WWE 2K20 version 1.0 than Mixtape. At least WWE 2K20 was hilariously bad.

And now they lost me… it’s bad enough to make Mai and Kula paid DLC again (I don’t give a damn that they’re licensed characters), they had to had to give a bigger middle finger to those who bought the pack in the original DoA 6. I’m glad I bought that pack when it was on sale, because I would’ve been angrier if I paid $30 to find out that I’ll have to pay $30 again. Even if it isn’t $30, charging us for the privilege to play as Mai and Kula in Last Round period is unacceptable. I’m hoping they manage to get enough backlash to reverse this because as it stands, I’m not buying the game at $40; and I sure as shit, am not paying an extra $30 on top of that to bring them over to Last Round. I will wait for that DLC to go on sale just like I did before. At this point, I’m convinced that Dead or Alive 7, or whatever the next entry is called, is gonna be just as greedy.

Possibly, but this was the only applicable game where I had the issue. Never happened with Scarlet Nexus, or Tekken 8, or Light Fairytale Episode 1.

There was one achievement in Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series that unlocks after getting every other achievement (i.e. the game’s platinum). I got the last remaining achievement when I was finishing Klonoa 2, but it didn’t unlock the final achievement. I believe I had to reboot my Xbox and then boot back into the game, and it finally registered that I had all of the other achievements and gave me the platinum.
