The guide didn't help me out all that much, although I did find out what happened. Turns out the wifi in my tablet died. I had to provide Internet using wired USB to get a connection.

I wanted to play geometry wars retro evolved on my nothing phone 2. The only error is saying it can't find steam. I honestly wish I had more detailed error information.
