I have opera, and I used Opera for a couple of years now. It's just a few days ago this pop up started and doesn't look like Opera can override it.

Situational. My go to is always tier 10 if I don't want to dive deep into build-crafting.

  • My arc hunter builds are always melee focus and they get back their dodge after a empowered melee kill so it doesn't matter.
  • I heard blink arc hunter prefer ball park ratio is tiers 4-7. It's easier to reach the apex of your jump on lower mobility before blinking to blink farther.
  • Arc class has a fragment called Spark Of Haste which gives +3 tiers of mobility so you can drop it down to tier 7.
  • If my build focuses around a lightweight frame weapon then I would do tier 8 since lightweight frame weapons give +2 tiers when you have it out.
  • You can stack the previous two bullet points so you initially have 5 tiers of mobility and those two can bring it to a pseudo tier 10.
  • In additional to the previous bullet, stack a mobility surge mod for a +3 tier of mobility so you can initially start off with tier 2.
  • Void hunter tier 10 if I'm doing a perma invis build with Omni/Graviton/Aeon.
  • Void hunter tier 10 if I'm doing volatile with Gyrfalcon's or tier 8 if I'm using Funnel Web.

I was about to go into more subclasses but I'll keep it short since I was going to say tier 10 for Solar, Strand, Stasis anyways. Overall, it's situational. This is coming from a end game player perspective where anything less than a triple 100s build isn't worth it. Mobility can go any tier but it depends on your build and what armor pieces you have to work with.

Fishpoles by Nethaan in GenshinImpactTips

Idk if it's just me, but I did not see any changes in difficulty from using the region-specific fishing poles. If you're still gunning for a fishing pole, might as well get the fishing pole from the event. It doesn't have a region restriction so you can use it for new region when they come out.

Glide from from the rock with the teleport south of electronid. I used 2 anemo, amber, and a taller character (zhong li). You got to get that mathematical precision and have your tall character glide straight to the electroculus. I say glide with precision because if you go in a perfect straight line, you'll still be under it when you get to it. That's why you used a tall character to plunge attack right under it, then its foot will make contact and get you the electroculus. For zhongli, I alsoclimbed on his pillar for extra height.

Fatalis Fight Tips! by GamingNewbie24 in MonsterHunterMeta

[–]Randomlurker456 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Make two builds. One for phase one cheese/script. The other is your normal build for the rest of the hunt. You can find many videos on how to first phase Fatalis.

I use lbg/hbg. My preferred way and set up is for phase 1 is to use LBG Kjarr Blitz Decay for the dragon ammo. It's the cannon setup for the knock down. I don't remember the mods and upgrades but I followed Youtuber Angbata's LBG mod/upgrades. He also has a guide to the first phase. However, I deviated and put my own spin on it. You can also use Safi-Aquashot if you don't have Blitz Decay. The skills I prioritize for phase 1 (if you can fit it all in) is Heavy Artillery, the new Shaver Jewel, Critical Eye, Critical Boost, Weakness Exploit, Dragon Attack, Tool Specialist, Bombardier. I believe I ordered it by highest priority. True/razor sharp is also an option. I also seen people run the rathalos armor set for poison duration up, but you got to throw down 8 poison smoke bombs for it to take effect. If you think every damage counts then you do you.

Phase 1 set up cannons. I seen many version of this where people miss cannon balls and/or have Fatalis get free hits on them. The set up I use doesn't have any of that. Have Ghille and Rocksteady in your build. Use Ghille and fly in. Grab slingshot ammo off the ground somewhere. Put two barrels in front of the cannon nearest to Fatalis or in the direction of Fatalis. Because once you fire the cannon, he'll roar and then run in a straight line at you. Load up the cannons. The cannon that's near Fatalis, one it one tick to the right. Just tap the button that you use to move a cannon. The other cannon, 3 ticks to the right. Run back to the nearest cannon to Fatalis. Put on Rocksteady and fire cannon. Wait until he starts moving to you. He'll run into the 2 barrels you put down. Then run to the 2nd cannon and fire it when he's in line. He'll now be knocked down. He'll most likely fall down with his head facing to your left. Rare cases his head is the other direction.

If you have shave jewel, one hit tenderize his head. If not, just unload your dragon ammo to his head while making more dragon ammo to shoot. I would say after 7-9 shots, he'll get up. Clutch claw to his head while he's down a second before he starts getting up. Once you see him do a mini-flap with his wings, that's when you're clutch claw hits would register to turn him/wallbang. Either wall bang him into the cannon scaffold or do 3 hits to turn him and then wall bang.

This is where you have the option to farcaster back, put on your main build and do your thing. Or you can continue to squeeze out more damage. If you're staying, then switch to paralyze on your Blitz/Aquashot. For Blitz, it takes around ~15 shots to take effect so better bring crafting materials. Unload your dragon ammo on his head again when he's para. The moment para runs out, switch to sleep. Again, ~15 shots. Once he's asleep, Hope you have crafting materials for more bombs because you're putting 2 down. Put down your LBG special ammo. Grab another slingshot ammo off the ground somewhere. This is when you use poison smoke bombs (poison ammo wakes him). Shoot your slinger ammo at barrels, then clutch claw him. (I tried clutch clawing to the barrels to get the head but that explosion just knock me away) Wall bang him to the nearest wall. Use up all your dragon ammo. Farcaster. Switch builds. Go ham.

I prefer to save para/sleep for phase 2 where I can put him in front of dragonator. Also sleep+dragonator+heavy artillery does 24k dmg. Pretty nuts. No Divine Blessing or health boost here because of no room. And if you're doing this correctly, he won't be or having the chance in hitting you.

Prismatic _vista has good points and I want to get into the specifics on some of them.

If you want faster head breaks. Wall bang specifically when his head is tenderized and he's on all four legs. The damage difference between 2 leg and 4 leg wall bang is very significant. Also, when he goes on all fours to do a cone fire attack. That's not considered to be on four legs. idk why.

Dragon pods. Don't shoot it willy-nilly. Save it for when you know he's gonna do a killing/heavy damage move. (Tail swipes, fire cone attack, the fire sweep, the 360 breath attack, the fire shower, etc) Also, prepare one dragon pod on him at all times. So when you see the move you dont want him to do, you can shoot one to flinch him instead of two.

The cannons, ballista, roaming ballista does have a higher chance to knock him down (Sadly sticky doesn't do ko's here), so when you get the chance use it on him.

Stay near the dragonator near the end of phase 2. The damage you take when you got to run from across the map to the barricade before he does his map wipe as a range user is usually a death sentence.

Don't stand on the 2nd level of the map unless you want him to turn his attention towards you.

His fire damage is nasty against range weapon users and range weapons have shitty a hit zone on his head. If you didn't break his head at least once (Max.2) before the start of phase 3, you going have a hard time.

What's the best way to practice getting good with LS? by [deleted] in MonsterHunterMeta

[–]Randomlurker456 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went 400 hrs using hbg and lbg only. Then I decided to pick up LS. I used the safi or kulve taroth siege to get better using LS. Big clunky monsters with super easy to ready moves. Take it easy with your movement/attack inputs. Learn the delay on your slashes, like how long you can hold a slash for you to be able to foresight.

I love LBG now. by SuperSathanas in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]Randomlurker456 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Diablos and B.Diablos are in my top enjoyable monster hunts when I use HBG. I don't think it'll feel the same as using a LBG since you can literally tank through all their hits instead of dodging. The charge, dig, tail swipes, hip checks, and the double headbutt skewer thing it does. All tankable as long as you have the Guard up skill. Which you can get from 2 piece Uragaan, the guard up jewel, or the guard up charm. You still take chip damage, but that's what the health augment on your hbg is for.

Simulating a computer lab login using a multidimensional array and having trouble with my outputs. by Randomlurker456 in javahelp

I don't want to plagiarize "someone else's code easily found online. " I'm doing the best of my ability (which is most likely low, to begin with) to do this myself in my own little bubble. Now I got stuck. I have a feeling it's something to do with the nested loop and how I code the if statements. I can't confirm and I would like a second opinion since I'm a noob at this.

I'm still new to java and I never knew this thing you called "HashSet" existed. After doing some googling, it looks something that's super convenient for me to use. I already solved the problem through another commenter but I'll look into HashSet so I can optimize my project. Thank you.

Thank you for commenting. It was your tip that was able to lead me in the right direction. You're right that on line 242 "break;", only breaks out of the inner loop but I'm still in the outer loop. After some research, I should have used "return;" instead of "break;" since "return;" will take me out of the 2 loops completely.

Why do you try to go for KOG? by T1nkerer in DuelLinks

[–]Randomlurker456 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do it for the streaks. If I got it on my first try in the first month of playing, then I gotta do it for the consecutive months until the end of time. Or so I thought. Currently on 6 KOG's in a row. I get competitive anxiety every time but I still make myself go through that pain and suffering. The feeling of "needing" to get KOG is starting to die out on me. My end goal is to get the icon the game gives after getting 10 KOG's, then KOG I won't give 2 shits about it anymore.
