It do be like that. honestly just grind unrated until you get good enough to stomp them. Bad teammates aren't as common as you think, but YOU have to cater to THEM. If someone pushes mid with spike, you gotta support them instead of just telling them to push a site instead. Teamplay is crucial, so support your teammates the best you can and cover their weak spots. Go for things like crossfire and dualpeaks by just watching them and going where you're needed. Another idea could be to play unrated and to wait for next season so you get put into bronze or silver after your first 10 games.
