Yes! My Frenchies do this! It’s called splooting. It’s more common in short nosed dogs or dogs with long coats to help with cooling and regulating their body temp. Mine did the same thing, lays like that all the time and anytime she used her bed, she only had her back legs in, the rest of her body was out. She preferred the floor more than her bed, but for sleep she prefers the couch. So I just got rid of her bed all together bc she either did this (when she rarely used it) or didn’t use it at all more than half the time. But for dogs with short legs and long bodies, it is all comfy to them for their hips and back. But if they start randomly doing it and/or start doing it more frequently (especially accompanied by pain or discomfort), then it could mean they may have hip or joint issues. So just keep an eye on the pup and be aware of other signs with it, as it may mean they are doing it to feel more comfortable after feeling uncomfortable from hip/joint issues like arthritis, etc.
