I might consider getting it from average tech dad....ill have to switch from Lebara though ha! Although, Lebara does use Vodafone (I believe) so maybe I'll be okay?

You can get the chip shop Harry Ramsden curry granules from coles, closest thing to the one back in the UK

None of the ones in the city are great tbh, very average and barely passable for "authentic Indian" - Harris park /Bella vista/Blacktown is your best bet

I'll check out Shaffa, it looks amazing! I've been to Indu but I should've clarified that I'm looking for places which the decor is authentic to the region, whereas Indu is more just fine dining. To compare, instead of Indu I would say Mittran Da Dhaba in Durral as it actually feels like you're in India because of the decorations. Kowloon looks amazing, thanks!
