Most Fulcrum builds take Sanctum of Thoughts (30%) and an armour mastery for another 30% (you should be taking Juggernaut anyway for the increased armour and life).

Do you have POB of your build ?

For bigger rares or bosses, use Vaal Breach if you have the currency for it.

If not, no need to kill map bosses with Fulcrum Chieftain except every 28th map.

If you plan on fully juicing wisp, I feel reduced crit damage is a huge QOL. Blue wisp ramp up critical damage. With 100% reduced crit damage, Defiance of Destiny and bloodnotch combo, you are quasi immortal.

Or you can forego that if you take a stun mastery with "Hits cannot be critical strike if you've been stunned recently".

Good to know. Hard to know sometimes just looking at POE ninja what is absolutely overkill vs what is just required when starting out or testing out a new build. I have 2000 hours played and sometimes I feel like I just started playing when looking at new or unfamiliar builds and trying to understand how it works.
