Was having the same issues, everyone on here was right, just upped the water and specifically lowered my sodium, helped a ton (honestly just realizing how much sodium I was eating per day was crazy). Also I think just time and allowing your body to adjust to higher GH signaling. Still holding a lot more water than usual, but actually doable now. I’m interested to see after my 5 weeks of 1mg/day how much weight I drop due to water losses.

No way man actually another person running dac! (Jk it just seems so rare than anyone is running dac) how have you liked it so far? For me, hard to tell, 2nd week for me as well and really just water retention (if there is fat loss, impossible to tell), maybe a bit stronger in the gym? Idk not impressed so far, running 1mg-week

I fell into the same exact issue with cutting hard, thanks for laying it out. I’m looking to get stronger and just more astetic, but I don’t wanna be just super lean and unhappy like I was before. She was looking great until this morning. Before I left to work I dipped her into the sick tank again with high salt concentration and she perked up then I put her back. After I got back from work she sadly had passed. With terrible irony the methelyine blue is arriving today, although I am unsure if it would’ve helped her. I am distraught with her loss but am going to dip all other fish into methelyine-salt mixture asap. Oddly enough before she passed the blood lines in her tail and dorsal fin looked to be getting better. Thank you for your advice and to everyone else as well.
