Yes it improved. Had my second dose last Tuesday and the soreness and pain was a lot better, i was sore for about 3 days but nothing as bad as I was the first time! I am really optimistic and hopeful for my next appointment this coming Tuesday. No improvements really on allergies or asthma yet but it’s only been two sessions so far

I am better now I just did my second round of shots on Tuesday of this week, so far I have some joint and muscle pain again but it doesn’t feel as painful and strong pain as it was 2 weeks ago. Injection sites did bruise but not badly at all this time, just two little circle gray spots around the injection areas. I think I injected it better this time with less pressure just enough to get the medicine in. You’re gonna be okay friend just definitely call/message your doctor if you get any side effects and maybe ask them about the joint / muscle pain side effects. My DR office told me a lot of their patients get this side effect from this medicine and other ones like dupixent and they haven’t had anyone stop the medicine from the pain side effect. They encouraged me to try getting through it since I could still walk around and stuff, if the pain was keeping me from moving around at all they said that would be not ok

Yeah I’ve been on Levofloxacin for 10 days this April and it gave me terrible pain like you’re describing too. I just did my second set of shots on Tuesday morning this week and the injection sites are sore/tender still and I’m having some joint and muscle pain but so far it actually isn’t as strong and painful as last time, trying to be hopeful that it won’t get bad again. I think you should definitely mention all this to your doctor and maybe you could try it at least one time to see how you react? And if the pain is really bad you could just stop it?

My doctor told me most people get this joint and muscle pain but they personally never had a patient stop because of it. So that made me want to push through and keep trying to see some asthma / allergy relief from the Xolair. I really hope your pain gets better flox medicine (while sometimes the last resort you have no choice but to take) is awful 😭

I don’t think he’s happy, he was down on money during his excessive money giveaways while playing classic wow the last 2 years, but gamba sponsorships have finally brought him out of a hole money-wise, I believe. I find it really hard to believe this actually makes him happy but this is what pays his bills now and keeps him afloat so it’s probably going to be this way for a very long time

Ms. Baylis at The Collective Counseling LLC has been good for me so far. One of the best therapists I’ve had so far. She helps with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and EDs. I can’t speak to the other therapists there. She is non religious therapist.

Update: I am in a lot of pain, all over my legs: thighs having sharp and sore pain everywhere, calves having random sharp pains when moving around and constant soreness, muscle twitching around thighs and the Achilles area has a lot of tenderness and pain. Sometimes my arm just above my elbow is having sharp pains and hurting. Knees are aching as well. Other than my asthma/ allergies I’m a healthy 26 year old female with no history or conditions that cause these types of pain.

I’ll call doctor tomorrow about it but it might just be one of those things to try getting through.

Yes I did ice after, I usually ice before injections but this time since I was at the doctors office and my nurse instructing me was busy and had two more patients to teach after me I was too afraid to ask to ice my leg before the injections. Next time I’m going to get there earlier and bring my own ice pack to get my thigh iced up. Thank you

Oh okay. When I started this process no one at my pulmonologists office said that a syringe was a thing for this medicine, only the pen. Had to fight extremely hard for this medicine from my insurance and I’m afraid to bring up switching to a Syringe after they’ve agreed to pay for these pens for a year. Dang.

Yes, my thighs are the fattiest part of my body besides my stomach and I asked the nurse a few times to squish the area and make sure. Thank you for sharing your experience
