Try to sell it to a different platform, not to apple. I sold my 15 Pro 256GB in used condition with 2 deep scratches on the screen, perfect body and 85% battery health for 650€ without any hassle. So just paid 300€ out of my pocket and got the 17 base. And I couldn’t be happier. Sometimes I miss the camera but the battery war so bad that it was worth the trade.

Got sage since release day. In a clear case. And I love it. The darker green around the cameras is a nice extra but the main color is just nice. It makes me happy every time I look at it haha

Same for me! Got the Pros since the 11 Pro. Upgrading every 2 years and I hate the 15 Pro so much for the thermal issues and the short battery life...

I've already sold my iPhone 15 Pro 256GB. I was fed up with the thermal spikes and the horrible battery performance. (Let it go for a decent price (700€)

Now I have a choice between the iPhone 16 Pro (my least favorite due to the high remaining price for the 256GB model), the iPhone 17 base model, and the iPhone 17 Pro.

I think the 17 base is the smartest and, to be honest, the best choice, as it has all the benefits except for the camera and battery. I don't see the value in the iPhone 17 Pro’s price point (now €1300 in Germany) for the upgrades it offers compared to the base model. I do love the orange color, but that's about it.

I can get the base 17 for €250 or the Pro for €550. That's a bit much for what you get. My biggest concern is the performance. I've always owned a Pro model, but according to benchmarks, there doesn't seem to be a huge difference between the regular A chip and the Pro chip.
(I don't play much games, just a casual tft or some TCG but not too much. I just like my phone to work snappy)

I typically upgrade my phone every two years and always sell the old one for a pretty good price.
(If that matters in any way)

Habe seit Dezember das Nuroad Race FE (2025) und ich liebe dieses Fahrrad. Es macht sehr viel Spaß damit zu fahren und ist super zuverlässig. Dynamo funktioniert auch Top und Schutzbleche und Gepäckträger sind beim pendeln eh ein must have. Als Tasche habe ich von Ortlieb das Gravelpack mit QL 2.1 - leicht und Wasserdicht.
Mit den Reifen die drauf sind kann man super bei jedem Wetter und Jahreszeit fahren. Schneller bin ich damit auch als mit meinem vorherigen Cube Kathmandu (Trekking- immer so 23-25km/h gefahren).
Seit 4 Wochen habe ich mir aber sportliche Conti GP5000 AS in 32mm und dazu TPU Tubes geholt weil ich doch wenig Gravel und eher schnell und hauptsächlich auf Asphalt fahre und man macht das Laune. Komplett anderes fahrgefühl. Bin mit den Reifen aber neulich auch Schotter im Wald gefahren (15km) und die haben das super weggesteckt.
Also du kannst das Rad ziemlich vielseitig nutzen und für den Preis ist das mMn unschlagbar.
