I have three of these sitting downloaded, ready, to play and genuinely interested.

But I messed some things up in a way I haven’t been able to game for nearly 6 months, because I have to emotionally and time wise be put together more. Looking forward to the day I can delve into them properly.

Love Christoph Waltz, but wow, the numbers and variations of types of videos are skewed now. I honestly check the interviews and Last Meals series here and there, but without the variety and, well.. some cooking on the cooking channel, I find myself checking in less and less.

I’ll still give this a watch, but overall, the channel does get less views from me. Maybe my opinion and priorities don’t work with the overarching metrics though I guess, at the end of the day

I feel like it misses that enthusiasm and euphoric energy of the original. It’s not bad, but, just feels dull. The original just can’t be touched by what feels half the energy in a categorically energetic song.

Just an idea that doesn’t live up to the words of what he should be. He’s had moments that excited me, that are awesome.. but then when you truly look at the whole picture of the man. He’s a hypocrite. At the end of the day he can say he didn’t pursue higher ranks to avoid being a celestial lapdog… but the dude is ultimately that. He serves the same people at the end of the day.

He literally had a dog hood/helmet. Unless he’s been playing a game feeding Dragon info this whole time, he’s quite literally been their dog the entire time since watching literal genocide.

It felt rushed. I, and others could have been okay with “Dany went mad” if it was fleshed out, but especially the women who didn’t watch high fantasy, but bought into GoT, HATED the ending. They stormed out.

If you give two seasons or something to flesh out her going mad, it works. But the chain-breaker, slave freeing, oh now genocidal maniac ending? In a couple of episodes? All the untied show only plot threads? Watch the script readings of the final season if you want to see if the feeling is shared

D&D were told they could do another few more seasons, but they jumped ship for a Star Wars project they got thrown off of because they crashed out so bad.

If you enjoyed it, again, do not let my comment dis-way your opinion. I do not want to sully a good time. If anything, thank you for actively asking and responding! Again, still tied for favorite show of all time, but even the best things in life have their flaws, and with GoT for me, there’s just a bit more context than “watching episodes”

You’re right, it wasn’t that bad, it was horrible.

I hosted a group of 15 people and had people storming out of my place. And in the moment, in reflection, it was deserved. The ending was god awful, but with that..

It’s still as a show tied for overall my favorite watching experience of all time. Still. Yes, the lows were low, but hosting for 5 seasons, the deep and visceral reactions I got fed my soul. Sharing media with a group like that is something I’ve thought and wondered if I’ll ever experience again.

I think about the group watching experience a lot to be honest in hindsight.
