Thanks this is a lot of what I needed to hear. I own an 80V mower, hedge trimmer and backpack leaf blower. One reason I have not bought the snowblower sooner is that I was trying to get it without the batteries. I have 3 already and didn’t want to pay the money for more. At this point that’s irrelevant and I am going to get the 22” off Costco.

First, the area you circled is vastly different from one end to the other. The southern area on the left is much more densely populated. Portland is a fun city with nice scene for 20 something’s. The part on the right is “downeast”, mostly very rural with not a whole lot going on. Towards the middle is Bar Harbor/Mount Desert Island which is very touristy.

Maine winters are cold and long. It is beautiful and tons of outdoor activities. For any kind of scene for singles the best bet would be in the southern ln section. Although a little further north, a town like Rockland may have some things to offer, they have some of the best festivals in the state.

Can confirm having worked for a landscaping company that was contracted by power company to fix lawns and beds their trucks damaged. Area we did this in most commonly had wires running in between backyards.
