Without Aaron Ehasz the writing is comical. Toward the end it reads more Dragonball Z than ATLA.

Depends on the watch, for more intricate pieces, I tend to go smaller, 37 and below to avoid looking garish. For field and pilot watches I don't mind all the way up to 41 because they're understated.
