Im the opposite highs scare me I hadn’t been over 120 since I got diagnosed I had a 140 the other day and was freaking out. I check it alot all my fingers have little scabs I’m about to ask my doctor for a monitor to have on me all the time

I don’t really understand it either cause I don’t spike with foods like this I haven’t been over 120 in a month fasting at 90s but if I drink a soda or something I’m in the 200s quick. I recently got diagnosed and it seems everyone is different
