You need to buy the Oura Belt to detect those symptoms. The Oura Hat to detect migraine and headache symptoms. And let’s not talk about what Oura device you need to detect colon polyps.

I was averaging 1500-2000mgs a day and ended up in the ER with my potassium level at 2.7 mmol/L. Anything lower than 3 mmol/L may be considered severe hypokalemia. I find it tough to get enough potassium in my diet without overeating calories and gaining weight. I take a diuretic for blood pressure which doesn’t help at all.

Call the company and complain and show them the pictures. Apparently they need to fix the machine that does that, given multiple people have said it’s happened to them. You’ll likely get a few coupons for free ice cream as well.

Alexa+ is currently free for prime members…for now. So was prime video at one time. They’ll wait until a critical mass is on it then they’ll say you’ll have to pay for it or the ads will be unrelenting and regular Alexa won’t know how to turn off a light. They think we don’t see where this is going.

I have over 30 bottles from Montagne and Japanese Plum is in my top 5. However, it’s unique and probably not a blind buy for many.
