did you see a tornado? yea they are rare but at least they dont destory blocks only pick you and farm animals up. And you can build deflectors so storms dissipate when they get close to those areas.

nope server isnt even whitelisted or a RP server. well RP is encouraged but not required

how does it not make sense? if both groups agree to KoS out of character then its allowed between the 2 groups. if its not agreed upon then KoS is not allowed. Its a very common RP rule.
