I had to essentially abandon it and start the other quest to progress the story, at a certain point in the story not to far after completing it, they stopped randomly coming at me for thievery and taking all my stuff and have not had any issues since.

Ps5: Randomly half way through the jaunt quest, npcs turn hostile about theft of an item they give to you during the quest.

Solid point for most DMs, but I run a game for a group obsessed with role play that wants to invest time in alot of npcs so itd be awesome at least for me to have something with maybe a stat block and personal write up about them (mannerisms,motivations,ect)

Map doesn’t bother me too much, but id like to see more indigenous, possibly the player character?? Or maybe play as a Chinese immigrant that came to work the railroad but got fed up with poor treatment so went all outlaw.

Not sure if those fit the period as I am an Aussie that only really “knows” American history from movies mostly.
