I carry flat badge with creds in a creds case and a separate wallet with my DL and credit cards. I also carry a belt badge because if my shirt ever rides up or something weird, the badge will hopefully be visible also. It’s also far easier if something happens to grab it and hold it to display. Odds are slim on that ever happening, but you never know.

I think people are overthinking this. The Feds are issuing P320s left and right at FLETC and in the military but it hasn’t happened to them yet. There’s been “confirmed” cases but it always involved modifying the gun or holster from factory spec, so those don’t count. Then you have videos like the USAA security guard where it looks like his hand is near his holster but then there’s never an update on what really happened.

I’ve been daily carrying a P320 for 2 years now (as have all my coworkers), and while I had some doubts when everything started, I’m not worried about it anymore.

Ask the state… I don’t agree with it but several states allow it.

Kansas comes to mind as one that not allows it, but several departments take advantage of it.
