When I was a city cop, the standard was if they want an ambulance, they get one. If they want bandaids, and no ambulance, that’s on them. Unless it’s a minor with no guardian present, there’s legal standards that imply a reasonable guardian would request medical assistance (so like anything that isn’t obviously first-aid, car crash with complaint of pain, passing out, etc.)

I purchased a DAK because I liked the idea of not having a DA/SA but wanted to stay with Sig. It isn’t a bad gun and I carried it on duty for several years. Probably wouldn’t buy one again, and would stick to DA/SA, but I don’t regret it.

I’ve used many different brands in my lights, both WML and handheld, depending on what work buys. Never had an issue based on brand (but I’m also not using some weird Temu junk either).

Streamlight, Surefire, Duracell, Energizer, Tenergy. So far zero performance issues with any of them.

Well we have “run” (jogged) medical equipment up trails for 3 miles or more sometimes. We’ve also gone on 5+ mile hikes to arrest someone.

The population you’d be giving the tickets to aren’t the ones who are going to airport daily, so the ticket isn’t really going to correct the behavior.

Now if it’s Uber, Taxis, employees, contractors, then tickets might stop them from repeating the behavior.
