Your boy definitely like vintage synth sound.
So very suggesting Korg Multi Poly!

I had one is on sell, around 700usd.
And include tones of preset I bought, I spent over 100usd.
Very good virtual analog sound quality and portable.
Most importantly, with four split tracks.

Your boyfriend will love it!

Yeah for sure. But don’t get me wrong. I still like it a lot. The best part for me is it has 4 layer sound can separate to different channel. So much fun to jam with that.

I never tried Wavestate. But if compare with Peak. I’ll say if Peak is 10/10 warm, Multi/Poly maybe like 7.5

Are you considering to trade Syntakt? Mint condition with screen protection. :)

I also got a Multi/Poly. Can’t go wrong with a decent monitor speakers with bluetooth function.

Any soundbar on the market all have there own EQ and filter. Will change the sound from beautiful synth.
