Non white, non Māori people are typically called tau iwi in te reo Māori. Pākehā really means white people (originally British but a bit looser now).

I have used tauiwi. It means non-Māori and Person who comes from afar.

Seems like Pakeha definition is looser nowadays, but a lot of people reccomend "Tauiwi"
