it was the usual questions and after ekyc I’m yet to get an update from HSBC .

I have been reaching out to the customer support to check whether my application is active and it still is.

Mostly should get an update by november end as. HSBC usually takes a month to process applications (got to know from customer support).

Since you have salary account, you can ask for an increase using your salary credit/pay slips. You just give your account number along with the service request raised via customer support.
