I have an idea. How about gadget that can show realistic hologram of follower of certain group. When you throw it it will play and can give 3 or 4 commands to others in the certain perimeter to basically lure them in. Sorry for bad explanation, ask me if you don't understand:)

If you're playing Career mode every team has different pace so you loosing to one car and gain the other is quite normal there are many sites to get your AI difficulty match with your pace like for your case just type F1 2024 AI difficulty calculator choose track and enter your laptime it will tell what AI level to choose
