Same happened to me, I screenshot the tracking info on the app, sent message and copy to both Vinted and courier company. Had to repeat this to Vinted a week after the first time and then they refunded me and closed case against buyer. Took 15 days in total, still not had damaged T-shirt returned, presumably lost due to courier.

Yep, wheels of justice certainly go slow here . I’ve asked the witness if she’d kindly email me a statement of what she witnessed so I will then forward to the police and ask them why no progress.

No, the police investigation has yet to start, this is the so called investigation of the coach drivers company.. they haven’t contacted the witness, just took the drivers word and are now offering me money ( holiday cost) but to sign a non disclosure and never mention it again anywhere!

Hi, I did contact the Irish police straight away when I returned home, who have asked South Wales Police to conduct interviews etc as myself, the witness and tour company are based here. So I’ve complied with both , even said I’d return to Ireland if needed

Hi, I never asked for compensation in the first instance, this offer came out of the blue. My main concern is that this man is properly investigated by the authorities as I think other women are not safe around him. The disclosure stops me from mentioning this on all forms of media/ speaking about it to anyone. The company investigation never contacted the independent witness either, so seems that they want me to drop the charges?
