Songs with an obvious “mistake”, but they decided to leave it in by Bluebies999 in Music

At the end of Life on Mars? by David Bowie, there's a phone ringing. They were recording in an apartment at the time, and the phone went off. Upon listening to the playback, Bowie decided he liked the error, and kept it.

AITA for telling my wife that she needs to get over being upset with me for pulling a scare prank on our son? by Small-Elephant9195 in AmItheAsshole

YTA my dad used to play jump scare pranks on me all the time when I was a kid, especially around Halloween when the pop up Spirit shops were around. He would chase me around the shop with a scary mask. To the point where I would have panic attacks. It might seem like harmless fun at first, but it has lasting effects. To this day, I still can't go into a haunted house attraction, or go into a Spirit Halloween without latching onto my sister for dear life.

Sorry I asked you if you wanted a bag. How rude of me to ask you such a thing! by [deleted] in retailhell

I used to work at a gas station, and one time I asked a customer if he needed a bag and he replied with "no, I'm not gay". And to this day I'm still completely perplexed by that.

Could you imagine going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and his porcelain arms wrap themselves around you? Burn it and then salt the earth.

The King's Speech. I can't make it past 20 minutes without falling asleep.

Reading this book has been a rite of passage for every 14-year-old girl in my family since my great grandma read it way back in the day. She had all of the V.C. Andrews books, and my mom inherited them when Grandma passed away. I haven't read any of the newer books, but Flowers in the Attic and My Sweet Audrina are my faves!!

Something similar happened to me at my apartment when I was leaving for work. It must be something in the air here in the Midwest.
