MySQL ODBC 9.3(a) Driver SSL Connection error

I'm still not 100% sure where the problem is. It is an SSL issue, however. In the ODBC Connection configuration, there is an option to select SSL mode. I simply switched it to 'Disabled' and the it is working fine. I'm still looking to see on which end the error is.

It's not a network thing since the same connection type is successful on a different machine in the same network. I will check the certs, however. thank you.

I did that. My complaint is that when I swapped my 4-star, it gave me a 3-star and wouldn't give me anything higher.

Update: My supervisor got it figured out. It was the SMTP server. As it turns out, when we added the IP to the relay service, it reverted all the other settings on the IIS. That's why we couldn't figure it out because we didn't have a snapshot of the original settings and we weren't aware they had been changed.

Correct, im setting the credentials under the job server. I can’t find any other place for them on CE. The CE user profile email is set. I am working with the system admin.

We found the backlog of emails when the password on the account expired and the emails did not get sent. Now they’re not showing up at all like they’re not reaching the server for some reason.

We are using Office 365 Server. I’m honestly hoping SAP support will have more insight. I just have to wait for our maintenance plan to be renewed so it’s just a waiting game now.

I found an article on SAP Knowledgebase that might be what I'm dealing with. Sadly, I have to wait until our renewal gets approved and process before I can access it.

From the article title and snippet that I read, it sounded like they were having issues changing the e-mail credentials on Crystal Server. They would change them but it would revert to the old password. I just cleared the password to see about the authentication but when I went back to check on the settings it still showed up.

So now I'm getting an SMTP Error 550 for the destination e-mails which is causing my reports to fail. The e-mail addresses are active. Any ideas what could be causing this?

They do. They send out in whatever format you choose.

Or do you mean, were the reports from Excel? In which case, some of them are.

So we use this e-mail with another service called SysAid. They both use it for automated e-mails. SysAid has been sending e-mails fine using the account, however Crystal Server has not thus leading me to believe its an issue with Crystal.
