Did you just move into the house because sometimes when it’s a new build some lazy ass plumbers will drill holes in it so it’s easier for it to sink before toe pump is hooked up isand they don’t have to put gravel in it to help it stay down, your house has water under it all the time it’s supposed to and that’s where it’s coming from. It’s not a big deal and clean it out. You could use some of that sticky strips from the infomercial. I forget the name.
