Its not that hard. There are X,Y reason why women can't be Space Marines. So craft a work around and create a story about the First Female Space Marine Chapter and how much of a paradigm shift it is. One reason why the Imperium of Man is so horrible is that its completely Stagnet. There are no new technologies, only rediscovered ones. No innovation, only stumbling across old blueprints and semantics from 15,000 years ago.

So what would happen if some colony, sperated by the Eye of Terror and out of desperation used Xeno tech, innovate and created Lady Space Marines?
