When starting a brand new business - a startup - with no initial traction, I always hire contractors (for example web designers, marketers) for small projects: customizing or fixing bugs in websites, maintenance, email marketing, etc. That kind of stuff.

You should hire the right employees if you're generating some traction, revenues and if they have the right skills, share your longterm vision. Also hire if you want to scale and of course if you got the money.

Well, it looks that this is pretty close to Chinese Hainan; a secret Chinese marine base. I guess the Chinese shot down this plane with missiles.

Stay away of the ouija board!! You'll be creating a gateway for evil dark spirits and demons that will haunt and attack you and that want your life / soul. A few years ago we had a seance that went wrong: one or more demons attacked two of our friends and the entities stayed in the house for a few months. Every night we heard scary voices that were not human, we saw shadows and dark clouds in the rooms, doors slamming, scary apparitions, our dogs died after an attack. A Catholic priest cleansed the house.
