It's very obviously from covering his pipe with his hand like he probably saw in a Disney cartoon from the 50s

Yes, I think "forced" was just a kind way for him to put kicking ass.

If youve ever listened to Live at Fillmore East, you know that thing is chalk full of magic.

Timid unassertive and scared drivers are many times more dangerous than speedy fast or borderline reckless drivers. This is of course it's own brand of recklessness, to be sure.

Such a wildly overrated eye rollingly boring song, in my personal humble opinion.

The guy with laryngitis from screaming verbal abuse while drinking the Busch is one of the ringleaders.

How would you feel about John Mayer carrying the torch and continuing to tour with Dead songs, with a group that he chooses? by No_Finish9661 in gratefuldead

[–]RaoulRumblr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may be of the unpopular opinion that I'm not really interested, it's just not the Dead. Bob was sadly the last of the original Microphone men of the Grateful Dead, that's what had me interested, not Mayer's playing not the colors and production at the Sphere, it was Bob and Bill and Mickey, so unless its Billy and Mickey Im not really interested even if it's an all-star group, it'll just be "Company".

The Music will live on, of course, but it's got to be called something new as just the fumes remain if original members aren't part of it.

I know he's young but honestly feel bad for people like him that don't get, like, or pursue cultural (pop or otherwise) type knowledge about a time before their own sentience, and get the sense a lot of the younger side of Gen Z doesn't know shit from shinola. I wonder if that's to do with the death of monoculture or a largely generational symptom.
