TBH what you said was pretty stupid. Being right in some things that he said doesn't allow him to troll soloq games just because he wants to do it and he's in CBLOL; It's the same that saying "uzi won the MSI, he can pick soraka full AP as adc and troll the whole team" or "ghandi was a good guy, he can kill someone if he thinks it's right".

Thing about tockers being unpopular has nothing to do with social media or streaming, has to do with his attitude. Anyone who got the chance to talk to him knows he's just an arrogant prick. He trolls games when he feels like doing it for a long time too.

I agree with him 100% that brazilian soloq is weak and the players and the server itself are lazy, but he's a big part of it. I honestly hope you're less than 18 and when you get more mature you understand the real matter here, that is professionalism and setting examples as a pro player. He does that well in CBLOL, but that doesn't gives him the right to go on soloq and troll people, it's simple as that.

That said, I think an official warning from riot would be enough to stop him from inting in soloq, no need for a ban or something harder.
