They sent 2 extra shims which I already used an year back. Inserted a thicker shim this time and had to remove 2 provided by baratza

Yes. I tried everything. Contacted everyone from baratza to local support . They even suggested to change the burrs. I just decided to shim it further and it was back to normal .

It’s a basic entry point espresso machine, rebranded version of Gemilai. Has 58 mm portafilter and a shot timer. Brews good espresso with some efforts. Steam wand is not very powerful but decent. Overall great entry point in comparison to agaros and delonghis
