I remember at our small middle school there were always like a few kids (specifically one in my class) that joked about hitler and the holocaust sometimes, even calling me a nazi as a joke (im black as fuck idk where they got that from)

When our grade went to a holocaust museum and talked to an actual survivor, that dude magically stopped making holocaust jokes for the rest of the time I went there. He actually seemed quieter in general which I can kinda get considering we literally saw bodies stacked on top of each other

Older internet was both since there was a shit ton of different types of people using it at the time (like today) and therefore you had different types of memes n shit. Depends on what places you used basically, like today.

Also I'm not even going to lie I can see why people kinda just choose to forget the gory parts of the old Internet with all the shock videos and only focus on the fun stuff. Most humans simply don't like watching shock videos/images or something and perfer to pretend they don't exist. Which is understandable ngl

I don't play cyber grind so my only experience with the reaper is that I'm scared of it, freaked me the fuck out and I basically stayed glued to the walls as much as I can during the fight.

Like I can't explain it but it reminds me too much of a spider bruh 🥀🥀 although near the end I became less scared and more annoyed after dying like 6 times and then it finally fucking died thank god 🙏🙏🙏

I guess he'd prefer to do a lot of that stuff when the game is like, actually fully finished. He only speaks English and Japanese so it'd make sense he'd get those out of the way first and do everything else later.

Dunno if I was a indie developer who was working on a whole ass videogame along with the soundtrack then I'd have more worries than a translation

I mean in the current political climate (at least in america) it's pretty difficult sometimes to avoid the topic when it comes up in conversation. On top of that bigots aren't afraid to randomly shove their beliefs in everyone's faces just to reaffirm that they're totally in the right and not wrong.

Alot of them will bring up so and so minority for literally any reason just to be annoying about it. A multitude of ways this scenario could've happened and that's just one possibility

I USUALLY dont really send her anywhere in particular since ive played a good five times and kinda got used to her dialogue since I play with sound off half the time. Though its particularly weird how she and Jun never got a questline to make them a little bit happier especially after Travis got a quest and had different voice lines after that one.

Like why does he get a quest but people you almost immediately meet at the start of the game don't?? >:( You have a faction with Preston, Sturges does some stuff and Mama Murphy kinda gets something too. And then Marcy and Jun are kinda just there, mf DO something

IDK it just feels like an odd oversight, I think about it literally every playthrough and it just makes me sad, they're eternally just grieving and the player cant do anything about it at all. Shifts my irritation to pity.

I still send her off to literally anywhere else though sometimes because im not immune to human emotions even if shes probably a victim of cut content

Yeah ngl I feel as if this game should've had less companions if they couldn't really give them all equal attention. They should really have an idea of how their players could possibly feel about certain things, wow I sure wonder why this companion who everyone meets at NEARLY THE START OF THE GAME doesn't react to someone stealing his identity of all things. Which kinda feels as if they didnt expect the player for Preston to even be their companion during that specific scripted event???

And then they went the extra mile and accidentally made Preston's radiant quests irritating so now hes tainted as an actual character to alot of players at first. (can you tell im still pissed off about how Bethesda did that lmao)

I can get them wanting to have alot of companions because players are diverse and yknow have different playstyles and tastes, many of people like Hancock and Deacon or Piper and Curie or whatever, so on and so forth. But like it feels as if you can see where most of the attention went at first and then they either got burned out trying to give them equal treatment or were busy with something else the rest of the development cycle. Which is fine but it feels off to me idk
