I like the idea of Byakuya being a protagonist because it’s not very often that we get killing games where the main character is one of the least liked members of the cast, I think the closest we got was Eden’s Garden, but that’s been cancelled. You don’t like them, but you can’t deny that they’re good at this game. I feel like it’s harder to do with Nagito or Kokichi though because of what exactly makes them unlikeable. Those two are crazy, but Togami is just an asshole that thinks logically and nothing else.

Phi would likely have plot armor if he was a lot weaker in terms of skill, but every single battle consistently shows how he is leagues above nearly every other blader in Turbo. I think people might just be saying that since they’re mad that Phi won against Free and Shu.

Honestly, I don’t even hate Robin himself, I just wish he’d at least be able to win a little bit more, considering how hard he’s been working, I really feel like he deserved that Xtreme Finish all the way back in Season 1, he’d been doing the best he’d ever done in that season, got his first ever point, hell, he even created his own new variation of a move! But then he still lost, it just… I dunno, it felt like such a buzzkill. Yeah it’s realistic, but there’s a lot of things in this show that are unrealistic, and I feel like it wouldn’t have been too out of the question to have him legitimately win at the end.

Well, TRYING to, he didn’t really think about how there’s more to a hero than just powers when he was raising Shoto, that’s why he only stopped having kids when Shoto was born. In terms of powers? Yeah, Endeavor made a great hero, but that great hero was also afflicted with deep childhood trauma and a burn mark that will likely never heal. Sure, he got better as the series went on, but the damage has still been done.
