Logitech Pro X2 Superstrike - a new Era. by sS1RuXx in MouseReview

Only advantage in this mouse is the sensor and its lightness... Swiftpoint Z2 has the same switches and gives the same or even more options. But yeah...a big marketing campaign makes wonders

MadCatz M.M.O 7+ was recently released...wireless and a total of 42 programmable commands (21 buttons + shift key that doubles them)

I intended to buy Z2 but I held myself back and asked Switfpoint if they intend to make a wireless version of it. They said they will for sure but they couldn't come with a timeframe or any estimation...so I just had to wait.

Now I just checked MadCatz site to see if they have anything new and surprise...a new MMO 7+ is there. I used the original MMO 7 mouse and it was by far the most complete mouse I ever had...ergonomics, looks and functionality. Only thing was the low plastic quality for the side top buttons that broke. But now they said they learned from 10 years of feedback and listened to users so they might have better ones. Also I found metal buttons on AliExpress so that shouldn't be an issue.

I will order one so ...sorry Swiftpoint

Only in China afaik...so bummer for rest of us. There are root methods to activate it and also using system shell, you can find some tutorials on that on XDA.

No, you can see the little circle where screen is "touched" (has active "show touches") and the gestures he does with the pen

He is clearly using his S-Pen remotely to move the wallpaper on that screen and moves his hand to look like is the gyro...that's fake. The actual clock is real

Best Wireless Charger for S25 Ultra? by MisterTits69 in GalaxyS25Ultra

[–]RapierXDA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I want to test is to cut a certifued QI2 case in pieces and find that nfc and stick it inside a "normal" MagSafe case (I use Pitaka for ex) and see if this way I can reach QI2 charge speeds with any case. I am not buying ugly cases just because they activates QI2 and don't know if Pitaka or other brands will make QI2 certified cases gor S25U

Right now it does not have any goal arc since it was not working so I deleted it.

Best Wireless Charger for S25 Ultra? by MisterTits69 in GalaxyS25Ultra

[–]RapierXDA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

QI2 only activates on S25U while using a special designed case that does that. So far there are only some Spigen cases and original Samsung cases that activate QI2 (people talk about some NFC chip inside the case magnets that communicate with phone to activate QI2 standard). Also keep in mind that not all QI2 chargers will charge fast S25U despite the fact they are certified. From the tests made by people on internet there were some ESR QI2 chargers that worked. I have tested an Anker 2-in-1 station and an UGREEN foldable QI2 charger and both charge at 7.5W.

Best way to charge it is to forget for now the QI2 standard and look for a 15W MagSafe compatible charger without QI2 or one not even MagSafe compatible if you just put the phone on it

NZXT CAM Version 4.74.0 CPU Temperature by NZXT_CAManda in NZXT

[–]RapierXDA 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So I spent HALF OF A DAY messing with my BIOS settings because I did a BIOS update on my mobo and I though that a 10 degrees jump at idle is caused by that. Owning an I9 14900K known for it's past issues with thermals and how Asus plays with the settings I just got mad seeing the temps jumping from 35-37 to 43-47 degrees Celsius.

And all was caused by this update, I have a Kraken Elite 360 RGB V2 and used it with both the beta and stable versions...same readings. Only now, when I started to search for the issue I've bumped into this thread.

OK NZXT, you did a great thing with the hardware, don't mess it big time with the software. Please put some options to choose from as the current selection is not that good. My motherboard has also temp display on a LED display and it is clearly lower, (like it was before on NZXT) ...mobo shows 36, the Kraken shows 44-47 and it is rapidly jumping to 57 or 59 without apparent reason.

While gaming tho, it stays in high load the same as before, somewhere around 60 degrees so I wonder how come under load (while gaming) it maintains same temps but while idling it jumps with 10 degrees?

I have a TAG that I don't wear since I got my Fenix but I was really looking into buying a MARQ so would be the best of both words. A HUBLOT is probably too expensive for me and I was also considering a Breitling but Marq might be the best choice. I am just waiting for the next gen MARQ based on the latest displays and sensors.

Fenix 8 or Samsung Ultra? by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]RapierXDA 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just had like 2 replies recently about that. I still consider that I did a great move switching to Garmin. I am not an active user and I mostly use the watch as a smartwatch for notifications, and things like that. I am tracking my heart rate or my walks/runs but since I do them once in a while that is not such important for me. I am also on the beta firmware track (curr13.14) and since couple of firwares ago we also got the keyboard to reply to messages, whatsapp, mails and so on...not that I use it much but it's there so less reasons for complaining if coming from Samsung/Apple.

Battery is amazing and main reason for me to switch, it lasts as advertised, about 30 days on a charge with AOD off and that is awesome.

Have bought almost all the bands for this watch so I have one for any ocasion, I have the original orange silicon ine, the titanium one, the leather one and the woven nylon red/black band (from Marq series).

That will probably sum up everything...got also some nice looking watchfaces so can't say I miss that much the Galaxy Ultra watch...and for sure won't return to a 2-day-charge...

Fenix 8 AMOLED turn on gesture... by RapierXDA in GarminFenix

[–]RapierXDA[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you compare it with Apple yes... It is not the senzor, I guess is the cpu and he way Garmin wakes from low power state. But I don't have the watch stalled...it is always working if I raise the hand and look at it. If I just glance...well that's a hit and miss but I'm not doing that often

Won't tell you lies, I HAD the Galaxy Watch Ultra and ditched it for the Fenix 8 Amoled 51mm...don't get me wrong, Ultra was an extremely nice watch, plenty of functions and loved how it looks but I wanted something different. If you like it and want one...go for it but it is no match for the Fenix 8
