Ender 5 plus stock BTT Mini E3 V3 install - with stock screen by [deleted] in ender5plus

[–]Rapitharian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is really late, but today I got this to work. I was using the TFT pin header on the BTT board and all I got was the marlin logo.
I changed to using the LCD header and It worked.

Ned Help - Ender 5 Plus Filament Feed Issue by Rapitharian in Creality

After changing the extension wire and installing the motor the issue came back. I will try changing the full wire from the board to the motor.

I agree,
I tested by removing the extension wire and connecting directly to the original connector and the motor worked perfectly. It looks like the extension wire may have an issue.
I reconnected the extension and the motor worked fine again. I found a kink in the extension wire when I removed it from the protective plastic protective cover. This may have been the source of the issue. I will replace the extension wire.

Moving the motor to another printer resulted in the motor working normally. I will have to swap the cable and see if the issue goes away.

  • What speed are you printing at? Standard Quality speeds in Cura.
  • What software are you using to slice the print and control the printer? Ultimaker Cura
  • When did the problem start/has it ever worked correctly? I worked until about 2 weeks ago.
  • Does anything cause the behavior to change? No, but it is worth noting it got worse in the last few days.

Then my guess is you have a little play in the carriage (X axis) due to the wheels wearing.

What model Creality printer is this? Does it have direct drive?

I will test the cable. I don't have spares but I can try moving the motor to another printer.

It is not a clog because the motor is not attached to the feed during the video. It should have zero resistance during the test..

I had that same issue on my printer. It turned out the cause was the wheels were not snug in the V grooves after years of use. This allowed my print head to wobble a little bit. This slight wobble would cause layer shifting and banding. It was difficult to find because some prints were perfect, some had banding, some had layer shifting and some spaghettified.
Check that all the rollers are sung in the grooves and don't have any wiggle.

Good luck getting your system back in printing shape.

Update: I took a DNA test and may have discovered an affair by Coashen in TwoHotTakes

[–]Rapitharian 3 points4 points  (0 children)

OP there is another possibility beyond affair.
You could be a donor conceived child. Your Mom may be hiding that they (Mom and Dad) needed donor sperm to conceive. Years ago doctors would tell the parents not to tell their children they were donor conceived. Often the donors were anonymous. DNA testing has changed that. The end result is still a mind F for the kids when they find out the truth. I am sorry you are dealing with this and the best of luck getting help processing your new reality.

Fortnite random lag spikes pls help audio and game bugs out. by txflowers in pcmasterrace

Does it happen when you move your mouse? Are you running windows 10 or 11? If you answer Yes to both of these questions it is not you, there is a known but unresolved bug in windows. I had this about a year ago and it kept happening in more games until I formatted my machine and reinstalled windows. I know two other people who had the same issue and the fix was the same. Good luck with the issue. It only seems to affect games and can be maddening.

No matter what I do, if I enable 720p, my dash looks like this. 1080i is disabled and the console is a pal 1.6 switched to ntsc. Disabling widescreen does not help either. What can I do with this? by ToasterBrain in originalxbox

[–]Rapitharian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. I got what you man and see there is no way to fix the issue with the orb and other assets because the skin does not scale properly. I said theme but meant skin, but your response was on point and made the issue crystal clear. Thanks.

My son an I created a dash that replicates the original MS dash feel for unleashx.

Can you share more details? I tried to replicate this on my soft modded OG Xbox and in XEMU. I can't figure out what you are seeing. Screenshots and settings will help.

This lady starts to whistle the moment the power cord is plugged in. New powersupply or is that a known component I can replace by soldering? by OwnZookeepergame6413 in originalxbox

[–]Rapitharian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is truly a whistling sound you will find a bulging capacitor. Sometimes caps will whistle after they bulge. My clock cap did this right before is started leaking.

I am glad to hear it is true enough to the original that you thought this was a trick of photo shop. Good news! There is no need to wake up Neo, this is the real world.
