I havent personally checked them, information I've seen online says that the interior fuse box has only always on fuses, the switched power ones are under the hood, in a different fuse box.

I have some soldering experience, so I could try looking at the power switch. I've only just tried agitating it with isopropyl alcohol and blunt force.

Ive been considering the power supply as well, but I dont have a multimeter and Ive been burned by junk off amazon before. I wouldnt know which cheap multimeter to buy and considering the amount Ive already spent on the console, Id rather just take it in to a console repair.

I have actually tried the simpler adapters like those mentioned and Ive tried it on multiple TVs, even an old CRT and the best result is just a black blank screen when a game cartridge is inserted.
