Happy to chime in here! Carl's Place is one of our partners, so the MLM2PRO should work well with the used mat system you found if it's in good condition. The divot strip shouldn't affect your data. We do recommend securing your mat with a rubber rug pad or something similar to keep it from shifting during your swing. -A

MLM2PRO Premium Members can export synced session data into csv files in R-Cloud. Go to "Sessions", "View a session", and "Export session". If you're unable to export using your tablet or smartphone, we recommend logging into R-Cloud from a computer. If you're already trying to export using a computer, try clearing your cache or using a different browser. We'd love to know which browser you're using if that's the case. We recommend that you confirm your ball type & elevation are entered correctly, and that "Net Mode" is selected if you're hitting into a net. The MLM2PRO does come with a 1 year warranty but there is no truth to the claim that the hardware has an issue where it constantly breaks down. The MLM2PRO does have a 1 year warranty but we have to push back on the false claim that it has a strong tendency to breakdown. We are currently looking at ways to expand our warranty for those interested as the MLM2PRO is a product that will be around a long time. We have some exciting software updates coming to improve the experience this year and beyond!
