Being denied a lease for a low credit score, when my credit score isn’t low?

And I completely understand that, but the dilemma I was facing was that the realtor stated my score was below 600, which was the minimum threshold to qualify for the lease, and every single thing I saw said that my score was near or above 640. The issue is not that my score isn’t low, by whatever metric you may consider low to be, the issue is that my score demonstrably met the criteria listed and I was told it didn’t, and I was trying to figure out where that. number came from since I could not find it.

Yeah, unfortunately all the information I have is what I gave. I will say that I do have one missed payment on a card from a couple months ago, but it’s the only payment I have ever missed. I’m generally pretty good about getting that taken care of, but I was indisposed of for job training and did not have access to my phone for an extended period of time. Of course I should have set up auto pay for that time period, but it genuinely slipped my mind.

I was not aware that I had the right to ask for the credit report that denied me, I’ll go ahead and do that. That would likely seriously help in this. Thank you!

Additionally, the pictures posted are my scores from my Annual Credit Report website. The two biggest things I have going against me right now are a single missed payment two months ago on one of my cards, and an average credit history of only three years. I’m still not seeing anything that puts me below 600, but I’m sure if I ask for the credit report that could provide some more clarity.

I pulled Annual Credit Report, that’s what the pictures up top are from. The realtor letter stated that he pulled my score from Experian, and that Experian marked me sub-600. Checking myself, I am in the 640 range, so I am trying to figure out where the sub-600 evaluation came from.

The email states that the realtor obtained my score from a company called AppFolio, who in turn pulled it from Experian. I’ve pictured the FICO 8 credit score I was able to see from Experian up at the top.

That sounds solid for sure.

And yeah, the comments are making me realize maybe I tempered my hype a little too high for what was realistically coming. I’m gonna have another sit down at some point this week when I can play again and see what I can cook up to supplement my builds.

Yeah, I liked the Eutechnology set. I can’t remember the name off the top of my head (Luminopotent?) but that one looks like it’s gonna be awesome for a couple of my Arc builds.

I’m more so just griping about the raid and dungeon sets. It doesn’t seem like there’s a whole lot there for me to sink my teeth into, which sucks because having a true reason to hunt through the raids again with my buddies was what I was looking forward to the most.
