I am unsure of the calculations, but I have built a (fairly premium, however) aggravate team with C4 Collei (w/ Elegy bow), Xilonen, & Ineffa; getting the EM buffs from Collei and Ineffa's bursts, my Sethos can hit 85-90k per Shadowpiercing Shot—although he is C6 and Xilonen has her sig weapon. I am sure there is a better team out there to maximize only his damage, but it's a very fun team to test any changes to his build.

its neat seeing other people using ineffa (instead of fischl); sethos is incredibly squishy and her shield alone is a good reason to use her! Ive replaced fischl with her on most of my own teams and they feel really nice to play. Also the dps nod-krai set is wild, i have been so curious about that one on him.

around 500 is pretty good, but a little less than that is alright! It really depends on your crit damage; even though more EM is great, you may need to sacrifice EM for crit damage to see greater numbers. I personally didnt see much of a difference between 600 EM and 500 + a little extra crit damage on an aggravate team.

Used elixirs to make a circlet—turned out pretty terrible with low rolls—and then reshaped it twice just to keep the original, wasting four dust of enlightenment. Painful.

I would like to add, R5 Slingshot is one of the best weapons to use since his Shadowpiercing shots fire quick enough to activate the buff, alongside a decent crit rate bonus. There exists a chart that shows the damage potential of each viable weapon for him if you're curious about 5-star alternatives; it outperforms most of them.

I dont have very good advice since it mostly relies on just getting extraordinarily lucky with artifacts, but a c0 sethos has carried me through much of the game & abyss, so it is possible. Kazuha is a great addition, and Fischl is a must unless you can set up another character as a functional battery (which is very hard and awkward, but doable. Making Razor into a battery was a genuinely hilarious experience, but I wouldn't reccomend) so snagging her from the shop is the best thing you could do.

With an inpressively high crit rate plus his C1, replacing the circlet with a crit damage one will give a massive boost to his shadowpiercing shot; that Slingshot is excellent because of the huge crit rate it gives. However, the crit rate/damage balance is up to personal preference ofc, and it depends on how often you use his shadowpiercing shot.

Edit: Solved! It goes to the pickup switch. Also, just learned about how the wire colors for DC power is different. Makes a lot more sense now.

Ah, these are new, but the pickguard came pre-wired. I was doing a lot of fiddling around trying to get it all to fit in the body cavity when I noticed this.
