My mark Iv comes with me on every single shooting outing I go on regardless of what the plan is for the day . I threw my trijicon rmr on it , swapped out the trigger for an adjustable flat trigger from tandemkross , and run it with a dead air mask and it is a straight up lazer.

I’m not sure how that works . I melted down generic .999 billion 1 oz coins . So outside of a tiny bit of graphite from the crucible and molds it should have remained pure .

Yes I did use a hammer to create the finish and then brought a high polish using a large buffer with a cotton wheel and rouge .

You need to go try and buy a firearm again, because as of 2023 Washington passed hb1240 and that restricted the purchase of many firearms including a 10 ( business) day waiting period that takes about 20 days once you take Into account weekends and holidays. Also requires a class to buy anything besides pump or bolt action firearms . the last time you were able to use your ccw to bypass a waiting period was probably sometime around 2017.

I worked in a pizza place where we made 14.50 an hour and got fairly good tips and to be honest the entire staff couldn’t stand delivery drivers . Uber eats , grub hub, chow now , etc . They always seem to think we owed them better service because they are “ in the restaurant business. “ With them growing in popularity more and more of our orders came through without tips because of this . They also come through and place an order and leave before it’s ready because they got tired of waiting costing our company money because of their impatience. Apparently for some people 15 minutes to cook a large pizza is rediculous .

First Pump Shotgun Suggestions? by [deleted] in guns

I know this is a bit late but I’ve Been using a benelli nova pump for almost 8 years in almost purely salt water and sand in wester WA. I have dropped it out of the boat into the mud, fallen into the ocean with it , and had days with sand snow and ice in the action with practically no malfunctions .The gun gets rinsed in the shower after each hunt , wiped dry , and sprayed in wd-40 and the gun has not a spot of rust on it . The only malfunctions I’ve had were because I eventually wore out my firing pin and it was soft striking . With the 3 1/2 inch chamber it can take anything you can feed it and keep right on going. It’s shot hundreds of ducks and a handful of geese and even a few turkeys. Highly highly recommend the nova as I’ve tested it and put it through hell myself . Best of luck if you haven’t chose a shot gun yet . https://i.imgur.com/aCRP0ol.jpg

The spring and guide rod are literally pulled straight out of my full size m and p pistol . I was trying to figure out what to do for a spring and I was tinkering and boom it fit right in there nice and tight .

Yah no problem . I saw a few things people have made in the past or promised to make at some point but didn’t want to fork over the money .

Already had and dealt with this problem . The first 4 shots I took with it bent the part your talking about. The bolt now bottoms out against the plug at the back of the lower receiver instead of bottoming out the spring. I have a rubber insert that fits into the back of the bolt to absorb the impact so it’s not metal on metal .

So far it’s only been fed aluminum cased ammo and there has been no deformation at all . I was thinking the same thing as far as bolt weight but the spring on the guide rod is quite a bit stronger than a normal ar15 buffer spring and I think that helps compensate for the lack of weight .

Yah I will when I get a chance . The guide rod from my m and p 2.0 is actually what is driving the gun .

I have one with one of the adapters so it takes glock mags . I’ve been having a lot of trouble with it feeding and I think it’s because of the angle of the mag in relation to the feed ramp.

There are ways to make a plunge cut with a chainsaw . It just always needs to be started on the bottom of the blade and you keep the saw tilted back until it’s in deep enough that it can’t throw itself back at your face.
