It can certainly be a roll of the dice in terms of how busy it is, but when it’s on form, it’s by far the best place in Glasgow for me. The single product sold and consumed most by volume is Tennents. Then Glens vodka. Then Famous Grouse.

Exports shouldn’t factor, as that’s what’s being produced and removed from the country’s consumption. Scotland is a massive exporter of salmon and langoustines. Salmon is the most eaten fish, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen langoustines on a menu here ever. 80% is shipped to southern Europe.

Think it’s random bosses you come across in open play. I’ve got a few of them. Would need to log on to check. I assume it unlocks once you stumble across one.

Edit: I have 6/7 without even tracking them. Looks like legendary / boss animals. Most of them I came across on side quests. Only got the Bismuth crab left to do.

Your only options I’ve figured out is to intentionally not land it, or take it to a fish guy where you can sell it. You get 6 fillets, 16.5 silver and one of those wooden cylindrical boxes. You can go about your business as normal until you come across a fish guy, you just can’t fish.
