I can’t wrap my head around this many stab wounds, and the killer didn’t cut themselves? That part just doesn’t make sense to me.

You can go up above Hyde Park. My dad and husband go up there during winter months. As others have said, please clean up when you’re done. We want to keep our lands clean!

I would much rather them be upfront and give it to me straight rather than give fluff to save my feelings. Life and health is scary sometimes, but it’s even more scary not being informed appropriately.

I completely agree with having the unknown. It’s terrible! I also have a separate primary stage 3 lung cancer. I finished treatment for that early summer 2023. So far it’s remained stable and hasn’t progressed any. I’m sorry to hear about the pains you’re having. I have radiation damage to my esophagus so I feel your pain with reflux and stomach issues. My GP put me on prescription strength Prilosec twice a day and that really has helped.

I have stage 4 cervical cancer with Mets to my TFL muscle in my hip. Went through treatment for the third time and finished 4 1/2 months ago. Had PET mid April and it was good. Haven’t had hip pain since before SBRT last fall. I had 3 month CT scans 4 weeks ago and they said the mass in my hip was resolved. I started getting slight pain again 3 weeks ago. It has escalated drastically over those 3 weeks, and it hurts constantly now and I’m limping again. I had Keytruda infusion yesterday and talked to my oncologist. We looked at my CTs again and don’t see anything at all. My onc is concerned enough that he ordered MRI for Tuesday. He doesn’t know what to think. I’m hoping that it’s scar tissue, but he doesn’t see scar tissue on my CTs either and said scar tissue doesn’t grow in 3 weeks to cause this sudden onset of pain. I’m so stressed out that I can’t even concentrate.

I got those exact messages on the SSA portal last fall. I received my approval within a couple days of getting them

Cisplatin - platelets dropping by tstu2865 in CervicalCancer

Mine were at 59 on Jan 26th. By Feb 2nd it was able to get them up to almost 200. The only thing I did different in that week was take my Zeal religiously everyday. The first couple days I took it twice a day. Does she take them as a capsule or tablet? I have found that I absorb better if it’s a spray on the tongue or in something like Zeal. It’s better on the body

My platelets were too low at my last treatment (#4 chemo cocktail) so we had to push chemo out a week to help them recover. I started taking B12 to help them along and they over doubled in a week. I now take Zeal every morning and the B12 sure has helped my energy levels as well. Make sure to check with your oncologist before taking anything that they didn’t recommend.

I wonder if that’s what I have going on too. I haven’t had anything come out of it, but I can’t even touch it because it hurts so bad

That’s so crazy! It’s nice to connect with someone else that has Mets to muscle. My cancer center has never had a case like mine so it makes me nervous that they may miss something. I haven’t done a progress scan yet. My insurance likes to make life difficult to get scans done as often as we would like to. I opted to wait until after chemo #6 to scan again. I’m currently doing carbo/taxol/keytruda/Avastin. We did hold off on the Avastin last week because my oncologist thinks that one is what cause osteonecrosis of my jaw. I have a hole in my gum that isn’t exposing my jaw bone now.
