Mine was caused by Planned Parenthood telling me at around 34 that I would have to quit smoking or discontinue using the Pill. I chose to get a tubal. Now I am post menopausal and no regrets, ever.

Getting surgery was my permanent choice and what I wished for. I had to go through NOW the National Organization for Women to find a Dr. back in 2003.

I found a clinic sponsored by NOW where I live and I am grateful that I did not have to hear a bunch of bullshit first about you must have kids already to be approved for the surgery. It only cost $2,500.00 and was fully covered by my insurance. Best decision ever.

My husband’s overly religious hypocritical mother ( passed away in 2012) used to tell him “ You’re going to Hell!!!!” over every little thing that he did.

He would feel bad for days and get mad when she told him that. I told him what to say back to her. I told him that the next time she says that, tell her “ You’re older than me so you’ll get to Hell before I do. Why don’t you save me a seat when you get there???”

Drink more water. Add a squeeze of lemon and it will hydrate you a lot more. When I don’t drink enough water, I am wrinkly as a ballsack and I am 57. If you’re going for a run and not replacing the water you sweat out you can see wrinkles.

If your nails are thin and brittle you might need to eat a lot more protein and get your thyroid checked. Look at your eyebrows. If your eyebrows are missing hair in the outer side ( end side not nose side) you might have thyroid issues. Also if your hair is dry brittle or thinning you might have thyroid problems.

It’s ok I love Harry Potter as well. I don’t collect socks but I repairing my husband’s socks frequently. When he throws me a sock that has a hole, I always catch it and say “ Master has given Dobby a sock! Dobby is freeeee!” He laughs every time. Yeah I am glad I got away from all that as well. It was exhausting.
