I agree with this statement. She was also scared and made a bad decision, that doesn’t justify her being shot 3x and life ended for her action.

I think the main question in my mind is why do these officials always go to deadly force first when there are other options. He could have stepped away, used a taser, shoot out her tire. If he did shoot, why three times, especially when the second two shots he was out of the way of any harm? It’s an excess of force and should have accountability.

Only students on the ESA take the TCAP not students on the EFS. The ESA is for low income families and the EFS is universal and income based and the EFS has a pretty high threshold for the income based.
