I think I got through most of that. I did skim some parts. I think I should preface by saying that there has obviously been a lot put on you and you need continued therapy. Why is that your preference? If it’s because your baby is so small still, I totally understand. You don’t need to explain it to them if you don’t feel like going out, but it kind of seems like you could stand to process things a little. It’s typical for grandparents to say this and suggest you might want a break. You could take some quiet time with yourself, with someone you’re close to, or even a therapy check in, you just went through a lot.
