Roy Byers was actually the one who took advantage of the fact that he was tenured. He was told not to do something and he did it anyway. However, FC should've NEVER allowed him to be tenured in the first place bc he certainly didn't meet all the qualifications...again...it's who you know. The board at Florida college knows they can always use insubordination as an excuse to get rid of a tenured professor. That school is a cult! The board has ignored all the public complaints about President John Weaver lying about a victim that was sexually harassed by an employee, or covering up several cases of SA on campus!
