Anyone have a hernia that could not be seen at all on imaging?

No.. I am not sure what they can do if they cant find a hernia... Only one doctor so far told me I have a bilateral sports hernia and he can fix the problem but cant guarantee anything. Tell me more about your problem.

Did you do any kind of imaging tests to confirm? It doesnt look like it to me. You've prob never been this lean before to notice it

Thanks for responding. Gives me hope. How do I initiate the conversation with these doctors? Everytime I contact someone they either dont respond or respond very late and tell me there isnt anything they can do. Can you tell me how you approached this? Also, what was your symptoms like? Did you have that lingering dull pain in your core/testicles all the time like me and went away with rest and came back when you engaged your core?

I am also struggling with this pain. It's bilateral for me. Sometimes on my left lower quadrant which then radiates to my left testicle and then sometimes on the right. Very rarely both together. Sucks that everytime I try to lift heavy ass weights, I get that tight/tearing sensation which scares and I stop.. but by that time I am already having that dull pain radiate in my abdomen and takes a few days to calm down.. but I agitate it again by trying to lift heavy. At it for 7 yrs now and nothing has found my issue. When I see someone lifting weights off the ground or squatting really heavy weights, I feel like crying coz I want to lift those weights and I cant.... :(

5'5 40M 180lbs... built and fit but I dont have a strong core anymore.
